“Staff were good and friendly. Wifi sucked. Had a room on 1st floor and found ants everyday no matter how clean I kept the room.(I know 2nd floor + helps for ants but still). I even cleaned the tables with soap to help but they were relentless. Walls are very thin, I could hear everything going on in the hall to any room around me. On the upside, fridge was larger than most hotel fridges. AC worked well.”

“Our stay was lovely! Our host and staff were friendly, communicative and responsive. The grounds were well kept. Our dog loved sleeping in the sun on our deck. The area is beautiful. We were there just as the leaves were beginning to change. The lake was like glass, reflecting everything perfectly. We definitely will stay again!!! ”

“The property was comfortable and cozy. It was right on the lake. The check-in process was efficient and easy. The town of Litchfield was literally a few minutes away and everything we needed for our stay was already provided. I would have given it a 5 star rating, except it was a bit chilly at night in certain bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay in this property again.”

“My husband and I had spent a week at Betty's bungalow for our anniversary. We spent alot of time on the beautiful lake fishing. Had many camp fires right by the lake, when putting out the fire, it was really nice because of the very short walk into the cabin, with it being dark AND forgetting our flashlight. From the fire to watching the stars and all the cool lightning bugs , in which i had never seen before. They had a nice, clean grill we could use in which we used every day and eating at...

“Lovely, cozy cabin. We really enjoyed our stay! Only hiccup we had, was that the driveway is pretty steep and we got stuck leaving one afternoon. Nothing anyone can do about that, except maybe a heads up in the description. (It was dark when we arrived ane we didn't realize how steep the driveway was until we were halfway down) After that, we parked at the top of the driveway and we had no issue! Beds were comfy, it had everything we needed. Hoping to come back in the summer so we can enjoy...

“Went on a sister getaway for three days and this little cabin, number seven,was perfect for us. Cozy, sweet, great place to chill. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful rustic space to reconnect this is your place. Only downfall, which didn’t affect us was the water was a little green, which limited any type of swimming. However, the weather was a little chilly anyhow, so it didn’t spoil our getaway.”
